Techniques may include Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), myofascial release, and massage. FST was originally used by professional athletes. Now thousands of people rely on it relieve chronic pain and stiffness. FST focuses on fascia (the tissue connecting your muscles, bones and joints). Instead of stretching isolated muscles FST targets many lines of fascia at a time, providing immediate pain relief and improved mobility, and relieving anxiety by resetting the nervous system.

Like many dedicated gym-goers, Tommy struggled with persistent pain from injuries sustained during his workouts. Frustration mounted as various practitioners failed to alleviate his discomfort, hindering his ability to maintain a consistent exercise routine essential for his physical and mental well-being. Everything changed when he finally visited a skilled massage therapist who not only treated him but also helped him understand the root causes of his issues. Inspired by this transformative experience, Tommy decided to pursue a career in massage therapy to assist others facing similar challenges.

After graduating from the esteemed Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2018, Tommy furthered his expertise by becoming a Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist. He believes that the nervous system plays a crucial role in our experience of musculoskeletal pain and tension. By employing slow, rhythmic, and firm pressure during his treatments, he aims to gradually soothe the nervous system, allowing tight muscles and joints to release their grip.

Through his journey, Tommy has come to recognize that lasting change stems from a harmonious blend of passive and active remedies. He encourages clients to inquire about personalized self-care exercises designed to help maintain the progress achieved during treatment.

Outside of his practice, Tommy is passionate about hiking, scuba diving, hitting the gym, and running marathons. He is currently on a mission to complete the six major marathons around the globe.
